MCANS (Model Complete And Not Started) Usually I don’t make too big of deal of things like this, but this model is interesting. It is not the LS tool. Apparently, according to Scalemates, Popye cut the tool in the mid-’80s and issued it only once! That’s rather rare in the plastic model world. I just thought you should know this little gem of information.
