Decal sheet only, these are older decals but they look great! I would top coat them with Johnson Floor Polish or any other clear top coat. If they appear slightly yellowed, place them in direct sunlight until yellow completely fades (it will, this is a great trick, I guess the UV rays does the magic) this will not harm the decal. I am sorry about this disclaimer, but I must just sell them as is, no guarantee.
