MCANS (Model Complete And Not Started) This is a real collector item. Issued in Czechoslovakia in the 1970’s it has never been re-issued, so, it’s rare. I thought I had a collector in Kladno who wanted it, but I never heard back from him. So, I’m putting it up for sale on the site. I hope it finds a good home.
